Where is my order?
Enter the Delhivery tracking number from your shipping email to see live status, current location and estimated delivery — no email address needed.
To see full order details (items, totals and delivery address), enter your order number and the email you used at checkout. We ask for the email so nobody else can view your details.
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically arrive in 5–8 working days across India. Remote pincodes may take a little longer.
Can I change my delivery address?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we'll update the address. Once it's with the courier the address can no longer be changed.
How do I contact support?
Reach us on WhatsApp, email or phone using the buttons below, Mon–Sat 10:00–18:00 IST. We reply within one business day.
What if my package is delayed?
Occasional courier delays happen. If your order is past the estimated delivery window, message us with your order number and we'll chase it with the courier and keep you posted.
How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel free of charge any time before dispatch — just contact us with your order number. After dispatch, see our Returns & Cancellation policy.
When will COD orders ship?
Cash-on-delivery orders are prepared the same way as prepaid ones. We may call, SMS or WhatsApp to confirm the order before it leaves us, so COD can take a little longer to reach you.
