These terms apply when you use culturenest.in or buy from Culture Nest. By placing an order, you agree to them, along with our Shipping Policy, Returns & Cancellation policy and Privacy Policy.

Products

• We describe products as accurately as we can. Photos are for illustration — small differences in colour, finish or packaging can happen.
• If a product is materially different from its description, our Returns & Cancellation policy applies.
• Please use, charge and look after each product as described on its product page (under Materials & Care) and in any user manual that comes with it. Charge it only with the charger or cable that came in the box.
• All products are subject to availability.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST unless stated otherwise.
• Shipping is free on every order. The total at checkout — including the ₹69 fee on Cash on Delivery orders — is the final amount you pay.
• If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price or with wrong details because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. We'll let you know.
• We accept UPI, cards, net banking and wallets, and Cash on Delivery on eligible pincodes and orders. You'll get a GST invoice with every order.

Orders

Placing an order is a request to buy. We may cancel an order, with a full refund of anything paid, if:

• the product is out of stock, or your pincode isn't serviceable;
• there's a pricing or listing error;
• we can't confirm a Cash on Delivery order; or
• we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse — for example fake details, unusually large quantities, or repeated refused deliveries.

Shipping and delivery

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation, and delivery dates are estimates. Please give a correct address and a reachable phone number. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Cancellations, replacements and refunds

You can cancel free of charge before dispatch. Damaged, defective, wrong, missing or misdescribed items can be reported within 7 days of delivery. We don't accept returns for a change of mind, or for damage caused after delivery — such as drops, water, misuse, not following the instructions, or charging with a charger or cable that didn't come with the product. Every claim is checked before it's approved. Full details are in our Returns & Cancellation policy.

Offers and coupons

• Each offer has its own conditions (such as a minimum order value or prepaid payment), shown with the offer or at checkout.
• Only one discount code can be used per order, and offers can't be combined unless checkout applies them together.
• Free gifts are for eligible orders only, are chosen by us, and depend on availability. They have no cash value.
• If an order is cancelled or refunded, any discount or gift linked to it is cancelled too. A partial refund is based on the amount actually paid after discounts.
• We may change or end an offer at any time; this won't affect orders already placed.

Fair use

Please don't misuse the website or our policies — for example by placing fake or fraudulent orders, repeatedly refusing Cash on Delivery parcels, making false claims (including saying that damage caused after delivery was there when the parcel arrived), or copying our content. We may cancel orders or restrict access where this happens.

Reviews

Reviews must be honest and about your own experience. By posting one, you allow us to display it on our website and channels. We may remove reviews that are unlawful, offensive or not genuine; we don't remove genuine negative reviews.

Our content

The Culture Nest name, logo, text, photos and design on this website belong to us or are used with permission. Please don't copy or reuse them without our written permission.

Third-party services

We use trusted partners for our store platform, checkout, payments and delivery. Their own terms apply to their services. This doesn't reduce our responsibilities to you under consumer law.

Liability

As far as the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren't liable for indirect losses. We aren't responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, such as natural disasters, strikes or government restrictions. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal, without affecting your right to approach the consumer commission where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
