Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship across India to all serviceable pincodes through Delhivery and our other courier partners. Enter your pincode at checkout to confirm serviceability. We do not currently ship internationally.

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day. Prepaid orders are typically dispatched faster than Cash on Delivery orders, which may require address or phone verification before dispatch.

Delivery time

Orders are typically delivered within 5–8 working days after dispatch, across India. Remote and rural pincodes may take a little longer.

These are estimates provided by our courier partners, not guarantees. Delays can occur due to weather, strikes, festivals, regional restrictions or courier operational issues.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order value, and are shown in full — along with the total payable — before you confirm payment. Orders above the free-shipping threshold shown at checkout ship at no charge.

Cash on Delivery

COD is available on eligible pincodes and order values. A COD handling fee may apply and will be shown at checkout. To keep COD available, we may verify your order by phone, SMS or WhatsApp before dispatch. If we can't reach you after reasonable attempts, the order may be cancelled and you'll be notified.

Tracking your order

Once dispatched, you'll receive a Delhivery tracking number and link by email and SMS. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to become active. If tracking shows no movement for more than 3 business days, contact us at support@culturenest.in and we'll take it up with the courier.

Delivery attempts

Couriers typically make up to 3 delivery attempts. Please make sure the phone number on your order is reachable. If delivery fails after all attempts, the parcel returns to us and we'll contact you to arrange a re-dispatch or refund.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your address and pincode before confirming. If a parcel is undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll contact you — re-dispatch may attract an additional shipping charge.

Damaged or tampered parcels

If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, opened or tampered with, please refuse delivery where possible and inform us immediately. If you've already accepted it, contact us within 7 days with photographs of the parcel and product. See our Returns & Cancellation policy.

Delayed delivery

If your order is delivered later than the stated schedule for any reason other than a force majeure event, you may cancel and receive a full refund, in line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
