Shipping Policy

In short

• Free delivery on every order. No minimum.
• Dispatched within 24 hours of your order being confirmed (next working day on Sundays and public holidays).
• Delivery in 5–8 working days after dispatch, usually. Remote pincodes can take a little longer.
• Cash on delivery on eligible pincodes, with a ₹69 COD fee. Paying online has no fee, and saves you ₹50.

Tracking

After dispatch you get a tracking link by SMS and email. It starts updating within 24 hours. You can also check it on our Track Order page.

Cash on delivery: good to know

• Checkout shows whether COD is available for your pincode, and the ₹69 fee, before you order.
• We may confirm COD orders by call, SMS or WhatsApp before dispatch. If we can't reach you after a few tries, we may cancel the order.
• A few COD orders need a ₹99 advance paid online, decided by our checkout's delivery check. If yours does, you'll see it before you order, and the ₹99 comes off what you pay at the door.
• Please accept COD parcels you ordered. If parcels are refused without a reason, we may turn off COD for future orders.

Running late?

Message us and we'll chase the courier. If your parcel is very late for reasons other than events outside anyone's control (floods, strikes and so on), you can ask for a full refund.

Address and delivery attempts

• Please check your address, pincode and phone number before ordering. We can change them only before dispatch.
• The courier tries up to 3 times, so keep your phone reachable.
• If a parcel comes back to us because of a wrong address or missed attempts, we'll contact you. We can send it again, or refund a prepaid order.

Damaged or opened parcel

If the outer box looks damaged or opened, refuse it if you can and tell us. If you've already accepted it, message us within 7 days with photos. It's covered by our 7-day replacement.
